
Pre-Advanced Pole
Your Pole Journey Takes You To New Heights
It is recommended that you should be able to cleanly invert (no jumping or swinging), layback, leg hang, sit, climb and hip hold with proper form and technique to attend this level.
Your feet will barely touch the ground as you learn a range of flexibility and power based moves and combinations.
In this level you will learn a range of new and exciting inverted tricks, upright holds and gravity defying moves. This level is suitable for those who have successfully completed our Intermediate classes, or for those of a higher level who want to finesse the basics.
You must be able to complete a basic invert, sit and climb to sign up to this course.

You will learn:
Intermediate spins and combinations
New hand grip techniques
Inverted leg hangs
Laybacks
Inverted Hip Holds
Dismounts
Aerial inverts
Transitions, poses (on and off the floor) and floorwork
Please Note
All classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes
Classes are suitable for 16 years and older
If you are new to Madame Peaches but have poled before you may be required to attend an Open Training session to assess which level is best for you.
We aim to keep a maximum of 2 people per pole [busy classes may have 3 people per pole]
You will need to complete a health and safety form before attending class
All classes are taught on static poles with the exception of Spinning Pole Class and Open Training where you can request the poles to be put on spinning mode
All classes start with a cardiovascular and strength based warm up and end with a relaxing cool down.
